Welcome to Creative Cartz LLC (“Creative Cartz,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of creativecartz.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and contact us with any questions at support@creativecartz.com.
1. Introduction
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything is unclear, you are encouraged to contact us before continuing to use the Site.
2. Communications
By using the Service, you agree that we may contact you via email for purposes including, but not limited to, order updates, announcements, promotions, newsletters, and account-related notifications. You may opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting support@creativecartz.com.
3. Purchases
When you make a purchase through the Site, you may be required to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and payment information. By submitting this information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Suspected error in pricing or product information
- Order processing errors
- Suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity
Shipping Area
We currently ship only to the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Order Changes
You may request changes to your order only before you receive the “Your order is processing” email. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be made and our standard return policy will apply.
4. Promotions
From time to time, we may run promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. These may be subject to separate rules or terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion’s terms will control for that particular event.
5. Refunds & Returns
Creative Cartz offers a 30-day return window under the conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. In summary:
- Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%
- Certain items (such as mounted golf cart wheels or individually purchased tires that have been mounted) are not eligible for return
- Refused deliveries are treated as returns and may incur shipping charges and restocking fees
To initiate a return, email support@creativecartz.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will provide a replacement and a prepaid return label.
6. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit, post, or share through the Service. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have permission to use and share it.
By posting or submitting content to Creative Cartz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
All non-user content (including text, graphics, design, logos, and media) remains the property of Creative Cartz LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written consent.
