🚚 Shipping Information
Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.
Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will ship the next business day.

Wheel and tire orders may require up to one additional business day to ship due to mounting and quality checks.
Wheels and tires take extra care. Each set is professionally mounted, inspected, and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely. Please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive.
Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, you will be notified immediately via email.

If a delay causes an inconvenience, contact us — we’ll work with you to make it right.
Shipping Costs & Carriers

We never add hidden shipping fees.

You will only be charged the actual cost of shipping.

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, though some orders may ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Understanding Shipping Days

Shipping days are business days only (Monday–Friday).
-
Shipping days do not include the day your order ships.
-
Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.
Examples:

Order placed Monday after 2:00 PM CST → ships Tuesday → overnight delivery arrives Wednesday.

Order placed Thursday with overnight shipping → ships Friday → arrives Monday.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Creative Cartz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

Items must be new, unused, and in original condition

Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product

All original packaging and accessories must be included

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Returns after 30 days will not be accepted

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
Important Notes on Wheels & Tires

Golf cart wheels cannot be returned once mounted on a cart
-
Tires ordered individually cannot be returned once mounted on a wheel — even if never driven

Any product that shows signs of use is not eligible for a refund
Order Changes

Orders can only be modified before you receive the “Your order is being processed” email.

Once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

If changes are needed after processing, the original items must be returned before replacements can be shipped.
Refused Packages
If an order is refused after shipment:

Original shipping costs apply

Restocking fees may apply
Please double-check your order before placing it — shipping and preparation costs are real, even if a package is refused.
📦 How to Start a Return

Email our support team to request a return.

You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.

Write the RA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

Ship the item to the address provided.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

Yes — for standard returns or exchanges

No — if the item is damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us immediately

We’ll ship a replacement right away

A prepaid return label will be provided

You will never pay shipping or return costs when the issue is on our end
